Service Description

Over Zoom, we will complete a LGBTQ+ friendly consultation around the pains and tensions you may be feeling in your body to ascertain what muscles may be implicated and provide you with self massage techniques, aftercare advice and bespoke stretches to help reduce pain patterns.

Cancelation Policy

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel/rearrange as long as I have this notice period then this is fine and you can receive a refund for your booking. If however you are outside of the 48 hours, unfortunately, I am unable to refund you for the cancellation or rearranged date.
